Your tax-deductible gift will give a child the chance to develop a strong foundation of academic, social, physical and cognitive skills he or she will need to be ready to learn in kindergarten. It's a sure investment!

The Falls Church-McLean Children's Center provides a high-quality, year-round early childhood education for all children, regardless of their family's resources.  To make our program affordable and accessible to low-income, working families in our community, we depend on individual donors, faith groups, community organizations, foundations and companies to close the gap between what families can pay and the actual cost of our quality program.

  • Click on the Donate button above to make a direct contribution to Successful Start, our early childhood education program for children ages 2-5.  Use the message box to indicate the gift is in Honor or Memory of someone special.
  • Pledge monthly contributions, set up no-fuss, automatic, monthly gifts that provide ongoing, steady support. Make your first monthly gift using the Donate button above.

Contribute Healthy Breakfast & Snacks
 The Center serves have 350 nutritional breakfasts and 700 snacks each week. 
  You can help by donating $250 for food for a week's food, or sign up for a week and do the  shopping yourself.   We'll provide the grocery list.

Sponsor a Field Trip  Do you have contacts with an area performing group, attraction or special opportunity.  If you can provide tickets or arrange for a visit, call us at 703-534-4907.  We also would welcome contributions to allow for a field trip that requires an entry fee.

Sponsor a Classroom Each of our classrooms occasionally needs replenishing of supplies, updated equipment or assistance in obtaining learning materials for our children.  A $500 donation makes it possible. 

Volunteer We can always use another pair of hands in classrooms, with fund raising or with upkeep to our school.  Contact Sandra Blanco, assistant director, at 703-534-4907 to discuss your skills and interests.
